Known as the Guru of West Campus, Mr. Jon Standley is used to tackling some of the most challenging obstacles in multi-family, student housing and mixed-use dwellings. His genuine desire to be of service, and 30+ years of experience make him a strong advocate for his clients and a dedicated steward of their budget.

His relationships with local architects, engineers, investors, developers, subcontractors, suppliers, equipment vendors, and consultants of all types, provides a superior ability to manage projects proactively in order to avoid costly delays.

With an on-call architectural, structural, and MEP council, he provides his clients with collaborative and comprehensive perspectives in order to streamline the construction process. This allows for a more efficient and often more profitable product for his clients.
